(ALMOST) EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT POTS.AF

WHO MAKES THIS STUFF? I (Amanda) do! I'm a small batch potter, I make, fire, glaze, sand, photograph, list, pack, and ship on my own.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? Welp. As a small batch potter, sometimes things take a little longer to ship than a drop-shipping facility (like Amazon). It may take a few business days to get your piece out. I strive to ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays and truly appreciate your patience.

SOMETHING I WANT IS SOLD OUT, ARE MORE COMING? Probably not. I'm not a production potter and this is genuinely my art. As my inspiration changes, so do my pieces!

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM WORK? I am not making custom work at this time, but thank you for thinking of me!

DO YOU DO BULK or WHOLESALE ORDERS? Email me at amanda@potsaf.com and we can discuss if it's possible! Know that bulk and wholesale orders may take several months to fulfill- contact me as soon as you're thinking about it!

DO YOU MAKE BRANDED ITEMS? Email me at amanda@potsaf.com and we can discuss if it's possible! Know that there will be minimum order requirements and additional set-up fees.

I MISSED A DROP, HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHEN THE NEXT ONE WILL BE? I regularly post on Instagram and always send an email out to subscribers! Signing up for emails is truly the best way to stay in the know!

I'M IN TAMPA, CAN I DO A LOCAL PICK-UP INSTEAD OF SHIPPING? Absolutely! I am more than happy to arrange for local pickup. Use code LOCAL to remove shipping costs at checkout and email me to set up a pick-up time! Please know this is not a free delivery service, I can not deliver items directly to you! Pickup locations are in Seminole Heights and South Tampa ***Orders not picked up within 7 days will be refunded and re-shelved.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH SHIPPING COSTS? Shipping pottery can be pricey. Not only are pieces heavy, they also require a great deal of wrapping and packaging to prevent breaks. International customers will be responsible for all shipping charges and any applied tariffs. While I do my best to have those charges clearly marked at check out, things may shift or change between the time of purchase and the time of shipping. In the event an item is returned to the US due to refusal to pay fees in the destination country a refund will not be issued.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS? I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please look at photos and read descriptions carefully and remember that pieces are handmade. Variations should be expected and embraced. No two items (even if purchased at the same time!) will be identical.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, please take a photo of the broken item and the box and email me the images within 3 days of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, if your order is marked as delivered and you have not received your package, I can not refund the cost of the order or delivery. Pots.AF and the USPS are not responsible for packages that are stolen or otherwise not delivered when they have a "delivered" status.
